500g blueberries
½ cucumber, use peeler to cut thin stripes
1 bunch peppermint
ice cubes
300ml Lillet
1 bottle prosecco
100ml elderflower syrup
500ml mineral water
juice of 1 lime
Fill blueberries, cucumber strips, peppermint and ice cubes in a glass bowl or a big jug.
Mix Lillet, prosecco, elderflower syrup, mineral water and lime juice and add.
