Iced tea with matcha and ginger beer

Iced tea with matcha and ginger beer
Recipe serves 4
Preparation time: 10min

3 table spoons matcha powder
100ml water
1 table spoon cane sugar
juice of ½ lime
500ml ginger beer
ice cubes

Heat water up to 80°C.

Mix with matcha powder. Add cane sugar and lime juice. Fill up with ginger beer and mix well.

Add ice cubes into glasses and pour with matcha tea.
